Technology advocacy groups within your school community can be wonderful resources and important committees to join. This affidavitaddresses indicator 5.1.
This is a presentation that was used as a tutorial for how to submit an assignment through the math survival wikispace. It can be used with students or teacher colleagues to teach the basics of submitting an online assignment. This promotes technology infusion within the classroom and among teachers and addresses indicator 5.2.
This is a technology survey that was given to the staff members to determine their opinions and problems they face with technology in the workplace. It allowed the teachers to express and rate their concerns and frustrations about the technology they work with on a daily basis. The results of the survey were put into graphical analysis form so they could be examined and used to improve professional practice. This example was used for indicator 5.3.
This wikispace was created for the University of Akron teacher prep program to help clarify the requirements of teacher licensure. The wikispace answers all the questions that arise from the future educators enrolled in the teacher prep program and is an example of indicator 5.4. It has verbal explanations of the process of teacher licensure as well as links and explanations for the different types of licensure that the educators will need to fill out.
